ACCOMODATION
Special room rates for conference participants have been negotiated with the hotels of Rimini (see the HOTEL LIST at the bottom) to facilitate your travel arrangements. The fares are especially low thanks to an agreement between the University of Rimini and RCEA and the single hotels.
In order to make your reservation, please download the hotel booking form (see the HOTEL BOOKING FORM at the bottm) and send it via fax or email to the hotel. Note that only by filling this form you can benefit from the discounted room rates.
Rates and availability are valid for bookings made before May 31st, after this date hotels will guarantee the special rates upon availability. Early booking is highly recommended. Please mention “The RCEF” when booking.
Changes in the arival and departure dates, cancellations or information concerning the time of arrival must be sent to the hotel directly.
All the hotels are located within walking distance (5/10 minutes Location DOWNTON – 15/20 minutes Location SEA) from the Conference venue.
The rates are per night, per room, and include breakfast.
